  Warner Road  is a five storey building providing nine residential units and a 112sqm commercial space at ground floor level. The skin of the building is clad in green glazed bricks, chosen for their handmade quality and irregular colouration.

 The balconies of the residential units are dark metallic semi recessed elements which puncture this cladding and partially project through it, adding depth and modelling to the facades.

 Communal corridors at each level benefit from natural daylight through the stairwell, enhancing journeys from the entrance door of each flat to the main entrance building.
